2400 SQ. M. RESTORED HABITAT • 50+ BIRD SPECIES • 200+ PLANT SPECIES

About Our Work

We are two creatives and naturalists based in the Nimad region of Central India, restoring our land into a small sanctuary for birds and biodiversity since 2021.

Through photography, writing, and long-term observation, we document birds, trees, insects and their changing relationships.

This space brings together our photographs, publications, and ongoing observations.

About Us

Our days are shaped by our dogs, bird calls, fruits and flowers, ponds, and quiet moments in nature. Photography became a way to preserve these moments and share them with others.

What began as daily observations has gradually evolved into an ongoing archive of the sanctuary we continue to nurture for birds, trees, and natural life.

Our Story

The farm has evolved gradually, shaped by a simple idea: to make more room for nature. We planted native and wildlife-friendly trees, created ponds and water sources, and allowed parts of the landscape to grow more naturally.

As the habitat changed, we began noticing and recording the wildlife around us more closely. Casual birdwatching and photography eventually grew into systematic observations, creating a record of the species that use the farm and how they change through the seasons.

The work continues today planting, observing, photographing and learning as the sanctuary evolves.
